Enquiries by email and telephone
If you contact Delta, your contact details, correspondence and project information are used to respond to your request, prepare a quotation and discuss any subsequent order. Please include only information relevant to the project. Business enquiries are handled to take steps requested before a contract and to manage legitimate business communications.
The project brief builder
The builder runs in your browser. Entering details does not send an enquiry, create an order or calculate a price. Downloading a brief creates a text file on your device. You choose whether to email it to Delta.
When you choose Save draft on this device, the brief is stored using your browser’s local storage. It stays in that browser until replaced or removed through the browser’s site data controls. It is not an online account, and using another device will not retrieve it. On shared devices, avoid saving personal or confidential project information.
Technical website data and services
The website is hosted with IONOS and uses WordPress. Technical requests such as IP addresses and browser details may be processed by the hosting and website services to deliver and secure the site. WordPress uses cookies for administrative sign-in. The website design loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser makes requests to Google’s font service. No advertising or analytics tags have been added as part of this website build.
Google Maps
The contact page offers a Google Maps map. It loads only when you select Show Google Map; Google then receives technical connection details such as your IP address and browser information, and may use cookies under its own policies. You can use the written address or directions link instead. See Google’s privacy policy.
Keeping and sharing enquiry information
Enquiry information is kept for the time needed to manage the request, any resulting business relationship and relevant record-keeping obligations. Information may be handled through the hosting, email and technical service providers used to run the business. Ask Delta for further information about the handling or retention of your particular enquiry.
Your information and questions
You can contact Delta to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, or to raise an objection or other data protection request. Rights depend on the circumstances and applicable law. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
