Plan delivery around your project

Delta Trade Frames offers free collection by appointment from Unit 5, The Argent Centre, Silverdale Road, Hayes, London UB3 3BS. Delivery is quoted separately for your project. Product prices do not include delivery unless your written quotation expressly says otherwise.

Collection from Hayes

Contact us to agree a collection appointment after your goods are confirmed ready. Bring suitable transport and agree loading arrangements with Delta in advance. Please do not travel until your collection has been confirmed.

Request a delivery quotation

Include your delivery postcode and address, opening sizes and quantities, glazing requirements, vehicle access restrictions, unloading arrangements and preferred timing. Tell us about narrow roads, restricted parking, gates, height limits, steps or any need for lifting equipment or assistance. You can describe unknown details and ask us to advise.

Delivery costs depend on the destination, largest panel dimensions, total load, vehicle capacity and handling arrangements. Large or heavy glazing and difficult-access sites require an individual transport and unloading review. Destinations outside mainland Great Britain need confirmation of availability.

Confirm the full price before payment

Where “Delivery quotation required” is shown, delivery has not been priced and the products total is not the complete order total. We will confirm the delivery charge, VAT where applicable, specification, lead time and complete price in writing before requesting payment or confirming the order.

Access, unloading and delivery dates

The delivery point, receiving contact and safe unloading arrangements must be agreed before dispatch. Tell us if you need assistance; do not assume a driver can unload, carry goods indoors or provide lifting equipment. Preferred dates are requests until confirmed. If access or the agreed arrangements change, contact us before dispatch so we can review the booking and any revised costs with you.
